I founded Lunos after a decade at GoCardless trying to solve B2B payments by pulling money from bank accounts on the due date. When I left, I realized I’d been holding a “direct‑debit hammer” while most of the world still gets paid through messy, human back‑and‑forth. Accounts receivable is fundamentally a communication and negotiation problem, not just a payment problem. A “wild west”, you might say!
